Four Belles and Beaux singers mid-performance in tartan scarves, warm carousel lights behind them

Central Florida Vocal Arts · Live entertainment for hire

Someone should be singing at your event.

We put professional singers, pianists, character actors and dancers into ballrooms, galleries, lobbies, gardens and holiday parties across Central Florida. Tell us the date and what you want the room to feel like. We will build the rest around it.

Two forms, so neither asks you the wrong questions. The quartet is our costumed four part holiday show. Everything else, singers, pianists, character actors, dancers, goes through the general inquiry.

What you can book

From one voice in a lobby to a costumed quartet working the room.

Pick as many as you like on the inquiry form. If what you want is not here, say so in your own words. Half of the best events we do started as something else.

Our signature

Belles & Beaux Holiday Quartet

Costumed carolers in four-part harmony. Strolling or staged. Every December, this sells out before anything else we do.

01

Singer with pianist

A voice and a live instrument. The most requested thing we do.

02

Singer with music tracks

Full arrangements without needing a piano in the room.

03

Singing pianist

One performer, two jobs. Ideal where floor space is tight.

04

Small group of singers

Duos through to full ensembles, arranged for your room.

05

Instrumentalists

Solo players or small groups. Strings, brass, jazz combo.

06

Character actors

In costume, in character, working the room all night.

07

Dancers

Featured numbers or atmosphere, choreographed to your theme.

08

Emcee

Someone to hold the evening together and keep it moving.

09

Flash mob performance

The surprise that gets filmed and shared. Needs planning time.

10

Something else entirely

Describe it. We have built stranger things than you are about to ask for.

The question we ask that nobody else does

How do you want your attendees to feel during the event? What do you hope they take with them afterwards?

It is on our inquiry form, and it is the answer our team uses most. Repertoire, staging, costume and volume all follow from it.

Answer it in plain language. “I want the room to go quiet” tells us more than a song list.

What it costs

Services start at $200 per performer.

And from there, the sky is the limit.

That is where a booking begins, not where it lands. One voice in a lobby sits near the floor. A curated evening, costumed and staged and written around your theme, has no ceiling at all, because no two have ever been the same.

Every proposal is built for the event in front of us. Tell us your budget on the inquiry form and we will tell you honestly what it buys.

What we need from your venue

Three questions that decide almost everything.

You do not need answers before you enquire. You do need them before we finalise, so it is worth asking your venue early.

Is there sound?

If yes, we will want numbers: microphones, stands, speakers, board channels, and whether there is an iPad or player for tracks. If no, we bring it and price it.

Is there a piano?

Acoustic, electric keyboard, or nothing. This is the single answer most likely to change what we propose.

Indoors, outdoors, or both?

Outdoors changes the sound, the repertoire and the contingency. Tell us early and we will plan for weather rather than react to it.

Who you are actually booking

Working professionals, cast to your room.

Central Florida Vocal Arts is a nonprofit company. The fee you pay books trained performers at a professional rate and funds the education programmes we run in schools across the region.

You are not booking a generic agency roster. Casting is done per event, by people who know the repertoire and know the room, rather than by whoever happens to be free that night.

Before you start

Eight required answers. The rest only if you know them.

Only eight answers are required: who you are, the date, the venue, what you are looking for, your budget, and how you want the room to feel. Everything below is optional and simply sharpens the proposal.

The basics

  • Event date and start time
  • Venue name and full address
  • Estimated attendance
  • Public free, public ticketed, or private

The performance

  • How long you want us playing, for example two 45 minute sets between 7 and 9
  • Atmosphere, featured moment, or both
  • Any theme or costume request

The practical

  • Whether sound and piano are provided
  • A contact for audio and lighting questions
  • Your budget band
  • Travel, meals or accommodation, if any

The one we care most about

  • How you want the room to feel
  • What you hope people leave with

Ready when you are

Tell us about your event.

It goes straight to our production team. Holiday dates fill from early autumn, so if you are thinking about December, think about it now.
